What do Figma Text Styles include?

They Include font, line-height, kerning, font-weight but why they do not include color. Figma by default shows the style name, font & Line Height

First Font Size then Font weights.

It is better to keep less number of weights. A lot of systems don’t even have different weights per style. This is a very subjective decision - pick what suits you.

What all Text Styles do you declare?

You should have at least 3 variations in each of the buckets but you should not go beyond 5 styles n each set. After 15px its Title.
